Sales Executive – TX

Verda Healthcare, Inc. has a contract with the Center of Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) and Texas Department of Insurance for a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan for 2024. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing company.

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position plays a vital role in supporting key
responsibilities related to the sales and marketing activities for Verda’s Medicare Advantage plans.

Essential Functions

  • The role requires the securing of event locations for the purpose of promoting Verda’s Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Educate network physicians & staff on benefits of Verda’s M A plans.
  • Secure locations for the placement and distribution of Verda
    promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research. Sell Verda plans to qualified prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and work all sales and marketing events as needed. Conduct ‘Lunch ‘n Learn’ meetings with doctor and other vendor
    offices.
  • Distribute Verda promotional materials to doctor’s offices, vendor offices, senior centers, senior living facilities, and
    other locations as needed.
  • Provide market analysis data to Director.
  • Sell Verda M A plans to leads received through the Verda sales call center and self-generated leads.
  • Achieve assigned sales goals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese.
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience in Medicare Advantage or
    related field.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Reliable
    transportation. Ability to lift thirty pounds.
  • Professional Competencies
    Must possess and maintain in good standing a General Lines Agent (GLA) insurance license from the State of Texas.
