Verda Health Plan of Texas provides access to a growing network of Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, Hospitals, and various Healthcare Professionals. When enrolling in Verda Health Plan of Texas, you must choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from our Provider Directory. Your PCP will provide and coordinate all of your medical care. It is crucial to seek care from providers that are In-Network, except in cases of emergencies, urgent care needs, or out-of-area renal dialysis. If you opt for routine care from Providers Out-of-Network, neither Medicare nor Verda Health Plan of Texas will cover the costs.
